With populations of five and seven million respectively, Denmark and Sweden aren't exactly big countries, and yet both manage to support very healthy fashion industries, as we've seen at their Spring Summer showings. While exporting has a lot to do with this, you only need to look around to establish this is also because the locals are heavily into fashion and happy to invest.
